We can’t forget about the most important muscle in the body, the heart. Forget about mindlessly walking on the treadmill for hours on end. We strategically implement various anerobic, aerobic and mixed energy system days to help you meet your goals and keep that heart healthy without getting bored and burnt out.

We have 2 routes to choose from here. (1) Our habit-based approach; Includes up to 12 continuous months of establishing fundamental nutrition habits. (2) Macronutrient based approach; we set macros. You meet them, we adjust as necessary. We can make an educated decision together on which route will work best for you.

Last, yet most important. Accountability. Listen, as much as I’d like to tell you our system is the only way I’d be lying, its not. But I can tell you our way works, and it works really well. Any program can get you strong and lose weight. But few can keep you orthopedically and metabolically healthy. But none of it even matters if you aren’t consistent. We hold you accountable every day.

Meet Stephanie

Stephanie is a remarkable woman who has demonstrated how making small lifestyle changes can have a tremendous impact on quality of life. Stephanie started working with the wellness division in January and continued with us remotely even through the covid-19 shutdown. The wellness division and Stephanie worked together to individualize a plan of action that not only addressed joint issues, balance, strength and mobility goals but also mapped personalized nutritional habits and lifestyle changes. This included strategically adding “nutrient dense” calories to her diet, not restricting them. Stephanie’s consistency, hard work and resiliency proved to be the biggest factor in reaching her goals.
WE focused and programmed to become HEALTHY and the byproducts were;

  • Improved joint strength and muscle
  • Improved mobility/flexibility
  • Increased energy levels
  • Reduced body fat by 5%
  • Increased lean tissue (muscle)
  • Total bodyweight loss of over 20 lbs
  • Reduction of 10 inches around the waist and hips
  • LEARNED how to take control and not blindly follow “diets”
After five years of inactivity and weight gain, I started seeing Larry in January. What a difference three months has made! I am feeling better than I have in years and optimistic about the improvements in my health as I continue my sessions. He manages to keep sessions interesting, changing it up every week and incorporating new and challenging exercises as my strength improves. My favorite thing is that with Larry’s program, health, strength, and wellness are the goals, not weight loss. But weight loss follows all the others anyway!
